Return Policy

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, clean, complete, and in its original condition with original packaging where reasonably possible.

How to Request a Return

Contact service@velmiiria.com and provide your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for return, and photos or videos where relevant. Please contact us before shipping a return so we can match the package to your order.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for preference-based returns, such as ordering the wrong item or changing their mind. If the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from the product description, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to the customer.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Situations

Items that are used, damaged after delivery, missing parts, heavily soiled, or returned without reasonable packaging may not be eligible for a full refund. This does not limit customer rights for damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items.
