If you are not satisfied with your Velmiiria purchase, please contact service@velmiiria.com before sending any item back. Returns must be reviewed and approved by our support team.

Items should be unused, clean, complete, and in original packaging unless the request relates to a verified defect, damage, or incorrect item. Proof of purchase may be required.

Return eligibility may depend on product condition, order status, delivery date, and the nature of the request. Items damaged by misuse, unauthorized repair, improper care, or normal wear may not qualify.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Shipping fees, handling fees, expedited service fees, and return costs may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law or caused by our error.
